Return & Exchange Policy

Before returning an item, Please read through our Return & Exchange Policy on this page, to make sure your item is eligible for return.

1- Conditions to return

1.1- You have 2 calendar days after item delivery to notify us that you want to return your product.

1.2- Return or Exchange is possible for only products that either have manufacturing issues, wrong sizes and the shipment of the wrong items.

1.3- Services that are not delivered fully or availed by you.

1.4- If the nature of your complaint refers to damages, we advise you to check if your product has a warranty, and contact the manufacturer if it does.

2- Time to return

2.1- Items can be returned within a period of 2 days from delivery date.

Example: If I received my product on the 5th, I have until the 7th to contact store for return.

3- How to request a return?

Please be prepared to give the following information whe you contact store.

3.1- Your order number.

3.2- The reason for the return.

3.3- The method of refund that you would like and the necessary information associated (bank account number, etc.).

3.4- How you will send the product back to store.

3.5- Discuss who will pay shipping charges, recommended will be 50% from buyer and 50% from store.

4- Checks & Inspection by store

4.1- Once your product is received, your product will be checked by store Quality Check team.

4.2- This quality evaluation process may take about 2 business days. Once completed, store team will contact you back to give you the result of the evaluation.

4.3- After evaluation your refund will be processed.

5- When i will receive refund?

5.1- Refund will be processed with in 1 working day after evaluation, and it will apear in your account depending on the time frame provided by your bank / payment processor you choose.

6- Can i exchange instead of refund?

6.1- Yes, you can exchange.

6.2- If you prefer to replace your product, just contact our store and provide them details of exchange. They will look into availability of the replacement product and tell you.
